Adam Kaczko LL.M. – radca prawny

My name is Adam Kaczko and I am an attorney-at-law admitted to the Polish bar.

I have been practicing law for 10 years. I help entrepreneurs in organizing the legal side of their business. I deal with solving ongoing legal problems of companies, writing and negotiating contracts, corporate matters and transactions. I also represent clients in proceedings before courts, in arbitration and before other institutions.

I studied law in Poland (at the University of Gdańsk) and Germany (at Universität zu Köln), where I obtained my LL.M. (Master of Laws)  diploma in the field of German and European commercial and civil law.

I specialize in providing comprehensive legal support for foreign investors and businesses who are or want to be present in the Polish market. I really enjoy working with English and German speaking clients.

As an enthusiast of new technologies and innovative businesses, I am also a co-founder and Head of Legal of the IT Talents Association in Poland (www.ittpa.pl).
